Good base for exploring Queenstown. The staff was accommodating & everything was good. Shops and a main market were right next door. Visited few places in the centre, at walking distance from the hotel. The room was beautiful, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, would recomand. We really enjoyed reception, it was friendly. Tiny bedroom and luxury bathroom. The bed was soft and the balcony was bigger.

we liked the picturesque location and the staff were very courteous. the staff did all they can for a warm stay. the service was incredible and the food was perfect. walking distance to a market and shops across the street. moreover, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from kiwi and birdlife park.

I liked my perfect stay. Spotless and strategic place. Staff were absolutely hard-working. Breathtaking view, a nice balcony, amazing bed, too. The location was tranquil, just a pleasant stroll away from skyline gondola. I ate at a popular restaurant.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. All in all, I spend my time comfortably. Just a 15-minute stroll to the center. A kitchen in the room was useful.

good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like reds bar that was only 5 minutes' walk away. we parked at the free parking.
